About The Opportunities We are seeking experienced Lubrication Supervisors and Lubrication Technicians to join our team, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of lubrication maintenance, shutdown and project work across major mining and industrial sites. Working across fixed plant equipment, you will play a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, reducing downtime and ensuring optimal asset performance.

Supervisor Responsibilities As a Lubrication Supervisor, you will provide frontline leadership, coordinate crews, manage work execution and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.

- Lead and supervise lubrication crews across shutdown, sustaining maintenance and project works.
- Coordinate the safe and efficient execution of lubrication activities on fixed plant, processing equipment and associated assets.
- Ensure compliance with site procedures, lubrication schedules, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Drive team performance through effective planning, communication, mentoring and workforce management.
- Manage daily work packs, resource allocation, inspections, reporting and ongoing maintenance activities.

Technician Responsibilities As a Lubrication Technician, you will be responsible for performing lubrication maintenance activities that support the reliability and performance of critical plant and equipment.

- Carry out routine lubrication, oil sampling, grease application and condition monitoring activities.
- Inspect equipment and identify lubrication-related issues,



contamination risks and potential reliability concerns.
- Execute shutdown, preventative and corrective maintenance activities while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
- Record and report lubrication data, equipment conditions and maintenance findings accurately.
- Maintain lubrication systems, transfer equipment and associated tools in accordance with site requirements.

Requirements Lubrication Supervisors:

- Section 26 (S26) certificate
- Demonstrated experience leading lubrication or maintenance teams within mining, shutdown, construction or heavy industrial environments
- Strong understanding of lubrication practices, contamination control and equipment reliability principles
- Proven ability to coordinate work crews, manage schedules and deliver maintenance activities safely and efficiently
- Sound understanding of risk management, permit systems, isolation processes and safe work practices
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

Lubrication Technicians

- Demonstrated experience in lubrication maintenance within mining, processing, industrial or heavy maintenance environments.
- Knowledge of lubrication systems, oil sampling,



grease application and contamination control practices.
- Experience working on fixed plant or mobile equipment maintenance activities.
- Solid commitment to safety, quality workmanship and equipment reliability.
- Ability to work effectively within shutdown and maintenance teams.

Essential Requirements

- Full Australian working rights.
- Australian recognised formal qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Lubrication, or a related trade discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in lubrication, maintenance, shutdown or heavy industrial environments (exceptions may be considered for the right candidate).
- Construction White Card.
- Current Working at Heights certification.
- Current Enter and Work in Confined Spaces certification.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
