Atom Resources are seeking skilled and reliable Plant Operators to join our team on long-term civil and infrastructure projects across in Warnervale.

- Ongoing jobsites with 40-50 hours per week

- $45-$55 plus penalties and allowances

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating excavators carrying out final trim, detailed excavation and deep trenching.

- Daily pre-starts, safety checks and maintenance of machinery

- Working as part of a site crew to meet project deadlines

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction

- Current excavator, skid steer, roller or dumper tickets.

- Background in civil construction with over 5 years experience

- Strong safety focus and reliability
