Machine Operators

Full-time Casual | Rotating roster | 4-day work week (Fridays off!)

· $34.00 / hr on dayshift

· $39.10 / hr on afternoon shift

Are you looking for a long-term opportunity to develop your skills with a leading manufacturer? We are seeking a reliable Factory / Machine Operator to join our client’s team in Crestmead.

What’s on offer:

· Full-time hours: 38 hours per week, worked across 4 days (Friday off).

· Weekly rotating shifts o Day Shift: Mon–Wed 6am–4pm, Thu 6am–2pm o Night Shift: Mon–Wed 4pm–2am, Thu 4pm–12am

· Experience preferred but training provided, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Machine set up/break down and operate extruder machine in line with procedures.

· Operate machinery while maintaining production efficiency.

· Pack final products ready for quality assurance testing.





· Work safely and effectively as part of the factory team.

About You:

· Prior machine operation experience in manufacturing (preferred).

· Mechanically minded, quick to learn, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.

· Physically fit and capable of moving 20kg regularly.

· Current Forklift licence is ESSENTIAL

· Driver’s licence and reliable transport.

· Robust awareness of workplace health & safety procedures.
