We're searching for a reliable individual with a positive attitude to join our Maintenance team based in Wingfield, SA.

This is a Permanent, full time secure role with the opportunity to join a outstanding Maintenance team at our Wingfield site and assist our broader operational teams greatly across our Recycling & Waste Pillar.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Always operate in a safe manner to optimise machine performance and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders e.g. customers, raw material suppliers and different business unit personnel.
- Ensure all plant documents are maintained including incident reports and pre-start checklists.
- Conduct equipment inspections, change outs & general plant maintenance activities.
- Be involved in larger scale project improvements & equipment overhauls.

Skills and Experience

- Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade Ticket)
- Certificate III in Engineering (Boilermaker/Welding Ticket)




- Construction Industry White Card
- WorkSafe High Risk Licence – Forklift, EWP tickets favourable but not essential

You’re self-motivated, have a can-do attitude, along with a strong willingness to work as part of a team, and in a busy changing environment will see you succeed. You will also have excellent opportunities to learn and cross skill into multiple roles onsite.

ResourceCo’s Recycling & Waste business repurposes waste materials destined for landfill including asphalt, concrete, bricks, and rubble from construction sites Australia-wide. The waste is used to manufacture a range of recycled aggregates and recycled asphalt products.
