We are looking for a full time Maintenance Fitter to join us on Day Shift at our Site located in Mt Louisa at our MRF plant facility, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team of people.

About the role:

- Preventative Maintenance of plant machinery
- Assist in the day-to-day efficient running of Plant Equipment.
- Diagnostics and fault finding.
- Adhere to OHS guidelines at all times
- Identify potential problems or efficiency improvements to a process.
- Communicate and report to internal management

About you:

- Previous experience in maintenance fitting in waste management, recycling, or MRF operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade is desirable but not mandatory




- You think about safety first
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Good understanding of MRF equipment and ability to troubleshoot
- Be committed to safe & quality work practices
- Forklift Licence and/or Front End Loader ticket desirable
