We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee one of our larger medical centres, supported by two small satellite clinics. This is an exciting opportunity for a capable healthcare leader who enjoys developing teams, improving systems, and creating outstanding patient experiences.

The Opportunity

As Practice Manager, you will provide operational leadership across three sites, including one primary clinic and two small satellite practices. You will work closely with our General Manager, doctors and leadership team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinics.

Importantly, this position is supported by an experienced Clinical Team Leader and Senior Administration Team, giving you the ability to focus on leadership, business improvement, staff development and operational excellence while maintaining strong support within the clinics.

This role would suit a confident and proactive leader who enjoys working with people, driving positive change and making a meaningful contribution to a growing healthcare organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and workflow efficiencies
- Ensure a high standard of patient experience and service delivery
- Manage staffing, rostering and workforce planning
- Support accreditation, compliance and quality improvement activities




- Monitor practice performance and key operational metrics
- Build positive relationships with doctors, staff, patients and stakeholders
- Lead and support change management initiatives
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the clinics

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager within General Practice
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Medicare, Practice Incentive Programs and accreditation processes
- Experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives
