ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Tony White Group, NORTHERN MOTOR GROUPis a substantial, multi-franchise Dealership locatedin contemporary, spacious premises located in Bundoora.

We have an outstanding opportunity for an Accounts Payable to assume thisvital role.

This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic, and talented professional to join our growing Group tosupport other team members in the Administration department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- End to End Accounts Payable processing.
- Invoice processing, matching and coding.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Preparing and processing payment runs.
- Assist with supporting all aspects of the administration team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE





- Experience with dealership DMS (Pentana experience preferred but not necessary).
- Strong computer skills with Excel experience.
- Strong inter-personal skills, a positive attitude, and the capacity to prioritise and handle a varied workload - time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standard.
