Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and manufacturing samples to ensure quality standards.
- Monitor and analyse production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
- Investigate manufacturing issues and troubleshoot using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Support process optimisation, plant trials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate technical reports to inform operational decisions and support quality systems.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing performance.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Up to two years' experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or quality environment - graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures.
- Positive reporting skills, particularly with Excel.
- Passion for applying chemistry to manufacturing challenges.
