About the Role
We are seeking an Automotive Sales Cadet for our fast growing BYD Dealership.
As a Sales Cadet, you will be trained to learn all of our sales processes, to eventually become a Full-time Sales Consultant, achieving sales targets and selling our range of BYD models.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting our guests;
- Providing specific vehicle and associated product information;
- Selling our vehicle range, in line with monthly sales targets;
- Providing a high level of post-sale service to ensure guest satisfaction;
- Being part of a team and helping with many varying tasks across the dealership.
About You
If you can demonstrate the following attributes,
we would be pleased to hear from you:
- Exceptional personal presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
- Computer literacy and an appreciation for the sales process;
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- MUST be able to work in a team environment
