Ngwala Willumbong Aboriginal Corporation in Richmond, VIC is seeking a Complex Case Manager to deliver intensive, culturally safe AOD and homelessness support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members.

The role partners with NRCH and MSIR to provide in-reach/outreach, perform assessments, create care plans and coordinate wrap-around services. Two full-time positions, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with potential career development opportunities.
