About the role

Collaborating closely with our team of Professional Qualified Risk Advisers, you will assist in the management and servicing of an existing portfolio of clients.



Through administrative assistance and customer service you will make a significant contribution to maintaining our client and business relationships.

Duties

- Provide administrative support to Risk Advisers as required
- Provide customer service (telephone, email, fax, mail) to various stakeholders
- Maintain professional relationships for the provision of financial services to clients
- Accurate file management meeting compliance requirements

Desired skills, experience & qualifications

- Proven experience in a similar rolein insurance or banking industry
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Superb relationship building and communication skills
- Competency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Tier 2 General Insurance qualification desired, but not essential
