What you'll be doing

- Lead shifts with confidence and keep the good vibes flowing
- Support the Venue Leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to be their best
- Help drive performance, achieve KPIs, and maintain operational excellence
- Ensure every guest leaves with a smile

We're looking for someone who

- Has leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR (fast food experience is a bonus)
- Loves developing people and creating a positive team culture
- Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Thrives in fast paced environments and brings a positive, can-do attitudeIs available to work evenings, weekends, and regular closing shifts
