Pay & Hours

Pay: £12.70 per hour; £13.00 on weekends.

Shifts: Saturdays 9:30am – 9:30am Monday, every other weekend.

Job Summary

We are seeking a live-in care assistant to support a lady with a young son with autism. Responsibilities include assisting with the son, taking him to school, and providing daily support to the client. The candidate must be able to drive the service user’s car; only individuals over 25 are permitted to drive due to insurance policy.

Responsibilities

- Provide day‑to‑day companionship.
- Assist with personal care.
- Support activities of daily living.
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
- Assist the son with autism and escort him to school.
- Use client’s car responsibly (only when over 25).

Qualifications

Social care experience is not required; we value compassion, resilience,



and a willingness to learn recent skills.

Must be at least 25 years old to drive the client’s vehicle per insurance policy.
