Swimwear Galore is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the Oakleigh distribution centre, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound flows and a robust team culture. You will own KPIs, drive process improvements and partner closely with Marketing and Retail on launches and peak periods.
You will also lead recruitment, coaching and training, champion WHS practices and optimise inventory storage to support nationwide store networks.
