Part‑time assistant manager positioned at The Body Shop Australia will be rostered on a rotating 28‑hour week. You will inspire the team, drive retail excellence, achieve solid sales results and deliver an engaging customer experience.
- Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards, oversee operations and commercial practices, and foster a customer‑focussed store experience.
- Utilise internal systems, analyse performance, manage change, and meet sales/performance targets while maintaining knowledge of the beauty market and competitors.
- Lead people management, resolve issues quickly, attract, retain and develop staff aligned with the brand.
