Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a role that combines clinical practice, leadership and the opportunity to support the growth of other clinicians?

We are seeking a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join an established NDIS team based in South Sydney .

This role offers the balance of maintaining your own participant caseload while providing clinical guidance, mentoring and support to a team of Occupational Therapists. With the flexibility to work remotely and only attend the office one day per week, this is a great chance for a senior OT seeking a leadership role without stepping away from clinical work.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing your own NDIS clinical caseload and delivering evidence‑based OT services
- Providing clinical support, mentoring and guidance to a team of Occupational Therapists
- Supporting the onboarding, training and development of new clinicians
- Reviewing reports and documentation to ensure high‑quality clinical standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and best practice service delivery




- Building strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators and other allied health professionals

About you:

- Previous leadership, senior clinical or mentoring experience
- Strong NDIS experience and understanding of participant‑centred care
- Experience with OT assessments, assistive technology, equipment prescription and home modifications
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about supporting both participants and clinicians to achieve positive outcomes
