The Role

You’ll support older adults under My Aged Care. There is also some NDIS work if this is of interest as well. The company services across Melbourne and you'll be provided a caseload within 25mins and with limited travel throughout the day. The caseload includes functional assessments, ongoing therapy, assistive technology recommendations, home modifications (including SDA/SIL), equipment trials, and falls prevention. You’ll meet clients at home, and aged care facilities, with all travel kept within 30 minutes of your location. Report writing is streamlined—giving you more time for client care.
