As a Service Technician with specialist HVAC skills you will be working with a university that is known for its commitment to excellence and play a vital role in maintaining a comfortable and effective campus.
Snapshot Of Your Day
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various HVAC systems including Fume Cupboards.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
- Coordinate work assignments to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Stay updated on HVAC technology advancements.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Ideal Candidate
- Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the HVAC industry.
- Understanding of OH&S; requirements.
- Valid driver’s license, refrigerant handling license, white card, Restricted Electrical Workers “D” License, and plumbing commission registration.
- Refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualification.
