About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding customer experiences, maintain a clean and stocked store, and ensure guests feel welcomed in a rapid‑paced environment. Multi‑tasking and effective time management are essential.
About You & Your Skills
- Focused on delivering excellent customer service
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
- Able to stand and lift for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching as needed
- Available to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Willing to learn and promote our product range and specials
Pre‑Employment Requirements
The successful candidate must confirm Australian working rights and provide a current police clearance certificate.
