Pizza Chef Wanted – Red Lion Hotel Kilmore

The Red Lion Hotel Kilmore is on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Pizza Chef to join our team!

We have part-time and full-time positions available, offering flexibility and a great team environment in a busy country pub.

About the Role

- Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas to a consistent standard
- Manage pizza section during service (days, nights & weekends)




- Assist with prep, stock control, and maintaining a clean kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in pizza making (woodfire preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability across weekdays, nights, and weekends
