We're searching for a passionate Learning & Development Coordinator to support a well-known national organisation across Victoria and Tasmania. This is a true hybrid role where you'll spend time delivering practical, face-to-face training while also coordinating the programs, reporting and learning systems that keep the business moving.
You'll work closely with operational leaders, identifying opportunities to improve capability, enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Opportunity
Every week brings a different challenge, new people to support and fresh opportunities to make an impact.
One day you'll be onboarding new employees, facilitating customer experience workshops or coaching frontline teams. The next you'll be analysing learning trends, developing new content, maintaining the virtual training calendar or working alongside Operations Managers to improve performance across the network.
You'll become a trusted partner to operational leaders,
helping identify capability gaps and creating practical learning solutions that improve customer experience, operational performance and employee confidence.
Travel throughout Victoria is part of the role, with visits to Tasmania approximately once each quarter.
What you'll be doing
Deliver engaging onboarding programs for new operational employees.
Facilitate workshops covering customer experience, sales, systems, processes and operational procedures.
Coordinate learning activities across Victoria and Tasmania.
Develop, review and improve training materials, online learning content and facilitator resources.
Analyse business trends to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities.
Coach employees and provide practical on-the-job development.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Maintain learning records, reporting, attendance tracking and virtual training schedules.
Partner closely with HR, Operations and leadership teams to support business objectives.
Assist with learning technology, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You may currently be working in Learning & Development and looking for your next career step or perhaps you've built your career within Human Resources and have gained exposure to learning, facilitation and capability development.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy working with people,
be naturally organised and have the confidence to stand in front of a room and facilitate engaging training sessions.
You will bring:
Prior experience within the tourism, hospitality, travel, aviation, accommodation or similar customer-facing multi-site service environment where developing frontline teams is central to business success.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience within Learning & Development or HR with L&D; exposure.
Experience facilitating workshops, presentations or group training.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (360Learning, Workday Learning or similar) is highly regarded.
Experience within hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail or other fast-paced customer service environments will be highly regarded.
