Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day procurement and logistics functions while ensuring products and transport activities are managed efficiently and accurately.

As a result of sustained market growth, we're seeking a Procurement & Logistics Officer to play a key role in ensuring our supply chain and warehouse operations run smoothly.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day procurement and logistics functions while ensuring products and transport activities are managed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure stock is available when required.
- Process purchase orders and monitor supplier delivery performance.
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch and stock control.
- Preparation of weekly order Export paperwork
- Assist with KPI reporting on inventory accuracy, delivery performance and supplier performance
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
What You'll Bring
- 3years + experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain.
- Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
- Exceptional communication skills : Ability to clearly communicate with customers and vendors and build rapport, whether it be written or verbal communication.
- Microsoft Experience: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Personal attributes : Strong work ethic, self-motivated, confident, and engaging professional presence, as well as have the ability to work independently and positive problem-solving skills.
