About the roleWe are seeking a versatile IT professional who bridges the gap between SystemAdministration and Business Analysis. In this role, you will be the drivingforce behind implementing, configuring, and optimizing SaaS applications for avariety of small-to-enterprise customers. While your primary domain will beSalesforce, your agility will see you rolling out Slack instances and assistingwith SharePoint architecture. You won't just be doing standard admin work; youwill be instructed and encouraged to leverage AI to ideate solutions,



mock-upinterfaces, and deliver exceptional results.

Must haves:

- Solid understandingof Salesforce Administration and configuration.
- Strong BusinessAnalysis / client-facing skills (comfortable running workshops).
- A highwillingness to learn and use AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for dailyproblem-solving.

Role and Responsibilities

- Administer andconfigure Salesforce environments (adding fields, custom objects, buildingscreen flows, and setting up portals using drag-and-drop editors).
- Manageend-to-end data migrations for clients moving onto Salesforce, utilizingimport tools and mapping data.
- Act as aBusiness Analyst: Run face-to-face and virtual client workshops, gatherrequirements, and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
- Assist in theconfiguration and rollout of other SaaS platforms, including Slackintegrations and foundational SharePoint Intranet/Document Library setups.
- Utilize AI(Claude, Copilot, etc.) daily to generate concepts, test ideas, writebasic configurations, and speed up delivery times.
- Collaborateclosely with internal Project Managers and Developers, communicatingclient needs effectively.
- ConfigureService Cloud Voice and perform lightweight Amazon Web Services (AWS)wizard-based setups.
- Proactivelyresearch and figure out on-the-fly SaaS configurations to ensure projectsuccess.

Experience / Skills / Qualifications





- Provenexperience as a Salesforce Administrator, SaaS Implementation Consultant,or IT Business Analyst preferably with a developer mindset / background
- Stronghands-on experience navigating the backend of Salesforce (setting upmenus, user access, custom classes, and portals).
- Demonstratedability to sit with clients, ask the right questions, and guide themthrough technical concepts without overwhelming them.
- A strongappetite for Artificial Intelligence; you must be willing to learn anditerate using AI rather than relying solely on traditional methods.
- Broad understandingof the broader SaaS ecosystem and the ability to intuitively navigate newsoftware interfaces (e.g., Slack, Microsoft 365/SharePoint).
- Abilitytowork autonomously on small projects while knowing when to lean on thebroader engineering team for support.
- RelevantSaaS or Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce CertifiedAdministrator) are highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the rightpractical experience.
