Areal Property is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing Specialist to join our North team. This is an ideal role for someone who wants real career progression into Property Management and is ready to take ownership of their growth.

About the role

This is not just an inspection role. You will:

- Be hands-on with leasing activity
- Work closely with our Property Management team
- Gain structured training and mentoring
- Be positioned for progression into a Property Manager role

If you are reliable, proactive and serious about building a career in real estate, this is a genuine stepping stone opportunity.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Assisting with leasing enquiries
- Attending team meetings as required
- Availability to work 3 days a week,



including Saturdays.

You will play an important part in keeping our rental portfolio moving and ensuring a smooth experience for landlords and tenants.

About you

- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
- Reliable car and driver’s licence (essential)
- Well presented with strong communication skills
- Organised with good time management
- Willing to learn and grow within the industry
- Previous leasing or property experience preferred but not essential
