As a Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will be passionate and be our biggest brand ambassador.

We are currently looking for a manager for our Ashmore store

We have stores at Ashmore, Oxenford, Berrinba & Logan Central.

Responsibilities

- Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
- Responsible for inventory and money control systems
- Responsible for local marketing initiatives,



focused on growing Guest Count and Brand Recognition
- Oversees rosters and food costs

- Ability to demonstrate results/performance
- The ability to train and develop team members
- Proven staff management and leadership skills
- A hands‑on approach
- Impeccable presentation and explicit, concise communication
- A focus on policies and procedures
- A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Holds a valid Australian Drivers License and has access to a car.
