About the Role:

Are you passionate about beauty, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join the iconic ghd team as a Brand Ambassador, supporting our Counter Managers within Myer and David Jones stores. You’ll be the face of ghd within the store where you'll inspire customers through expert product knowledge, personalised demonstrations, and outstanding service.

This is a casual position, with late night & weekend responsibilities due to the nature of the role.

We are currently recruiting for multiple Casual Brand Ambassador positions across Melbourne, including:

Myers - Melbourne

Myers - Doncaster

David Jones - Chadstone

Your responsibilities will include:

Connecting with customers, offering expert guidance, and providing an unforgettable service experience, all while showcasing our premium hair products and tools.

Sharing your knowledge of our products, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining impeccable store standards.

Supporting the growth of the ghd brand in a luxury retail setting, engaging customers, building brand loyalty, and promoting awareness.

Driving business results by meeting sales targets and tracking performance,



with responsibility for both personal and team sales targets.

Creating in-store experiences that are both fun and engaging, including product demonstrations and activities to encourage customer interaction and boost sales.

About You:

You’re passionate about haircare and styling, with a genuine interest in making every customer’s hair dreams come true.

You have a strong business mindset, with experience in driving sales, managing inventory, and analysing performance metrics.

You excel in customer service and communication, creating lasting connections with customers.

You’re flexible and ready to work retail hours, including weekends and late nights, to make the most of every sales opportunity.
