An Australian business and one of New South Wales' leading suppliers of quarry, recycled and landscaping materials. A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Officer to join the team and play a key role in supporting the finance function.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Credit Officer will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the credit and accounts receivable function. You'll be backed by a team-oriented and supportive team where your contribution is valued, and your work-life balance is respected.

Responsibilities

- Managing accounts receivable and debtor accounts accurately and efficiently
- Processing invoices and credit notes




- Responding to customer enquiries and providing general accounts administration support
- Using Excel to maintain, reconcile and analyse financial data
- Contributing to the efficiency and continuous improvement of the credit function while working collaboratively with the wider team

About You

- A minimum of two years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Debtors
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Full Australian working rights
