Mt Noorat Freighters is a family owned business that is based in Terang. Our main line of work is out of various Stockfeed mills where we deliver pellets and grain mixes to farms within South West Victoria and Gippsland.
Qualifications & experience
HC truck License.
Experience within the agriculture industry is beneficial
Previous experience driving heavy vehicles preferred but not essential
An excellent Driver History Report
Tasks & responsibilities
Loading and delivering Stockfeed to farms within Victoria
Undertake duties in a secure, responsible and courteous manner
Submitting a small amount of paperwork containing destinations and weighbridge weights
Operating within NHVR & Mt Noorat Freighters Fatigue Management Procedures (Assisted with technological devices)
Following OH&S; regulations and furthering the safety culture
Employee can advise if they want to work locally and be home every night
Employee can advise if they want to work away and stay the occasional overnighter in the truck
Can ensure the employee has a good work/life balance
