BIC Consolidated is a leading provider of cleaning services across Australia. We're currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing Commercial Cleaning team.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of cleaners to deliver and maintain clean, safe, and welcoming retail environments for our clients, their customers, and staff. Our cleaners ensure each store meets presentation and hygiene standards that reflect our clients' brand image.

Duties include:

- Shift hoursMonday - Friday
- Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and adjust cleaning schedules and rosters to meet client and operational requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Provide hands-on assistance with cleaning tasks when required to support the team or maintain service standards
- Lead onboarding, training,



and development of team members in site-specific procedures and OH&S; practices
- Communicate effectively with clients, store management, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Report incidents, maintenance needs, or performance concerns in line with company policies
- Managing cleaning schedules and rosters to ensure consistent coverage across trading hours
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for cleaning materials as required
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new cleaning team members in store-specific procedures and OH&S;

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within commercial environments
- A minimum of 1+ years of supervisory experience in commercial environments
- Robust organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to daily operations
- Sound knowledge of OH&S; and safe work practice
- Australian work rights are required for this position
