We are looking for driven Casual Optical Assistant to support our specialised practices on a 20 hour contract depending on availability.

- Work with some of the leading bands in the optical industry such as Dita, Moscot, Cutler & Gross and Jacques Marie Mage.
About the Role
- Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs
- Provide expert advice on lens technologies, coatings and vision solutions
- Basic workshop tasks e.g adjustments, repairs and quality control
- Administrative duties such as appointment book management, banking, entering stock and reporting
- Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience
About you
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Cert IV dispensing qualification desired but not essential
- Passion to help others
- Out of the box thinker to solve complex problems
