Casual Site Cleaning Labourer / Transfer Shed Operator

Coastal Grp is a locally owned and operated business servicing Geelong, the Bellarine and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team in a varied/shared role.

This position offers a mix of:

- Residential construction site cleaning & general labouring duties as required.
- Working in our EPA and Council-approved transfer shed sorting and recycling construction waste as required.
- Operating a skid steer within the transfer shed.

About the Role

- Cleaning residential building sites to a high standard. Training provided.
- Operating a skid steer for waste handling and material movement within our transfer shed.
- Sorting construction and demolition waste for recycling within our transfer shed. Training provided.
- Manual handling, repetitive lifting, bending and carrying.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assisting other team members as required.

What We're Looking For





- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Be physically fit and capable of repetitive manual labour.
- Be reliable and punctual, starting at 7am each day (Mon-Fri)
- Have their own reliable transport to get to work.
- Hold a White Card (essential).
- An HR Truck Licence is highly desirable.
- Skid steer experience and a current skid steer licence/ticket is essential.
- Be able to work safely around machinery and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Be willing to undertake drug and alcohol testing if required.
