What you'll do

- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to develop product ranges for Cotton On Kids.
- Oversee the product development process from initial concept to final production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or a related field, preferably in the fashion industry.
- A degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related discipline.




- Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

- Experience with sustainable product development practices.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools.

Skills & tools

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and market trends.
