We are seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to work directly with our CEO and leadership team to build capability, strengthen accountability, support our people and help shape the next chapter of our growth.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the senior people leader within the business and the trusted adviser on all workforce, culture and employee matters.
You will work closely with leaders across the organisation to strengthen people practices, support performance and capability development, lead employee relations matters and help build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and would suit someone who enjoys making a practical impact within a growing organisation.
Key Areas of Responsibility
People & Culture
Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and organisational alignment.
Support leaders to build high-performing teams and foster accountability.
Champion a positive and professional employee experience.
Employee Relations & Performance
Manage employee relations matters with confidence, professionalism and sound judgement.
Support leaders through performance management, conflict resolution and difficult conversations.
Facilitate workplace investigations, mediation and performance improvement processes.
Recruitment & Talent
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
Assist leaders in attracting and retaining high-quality talent.
Leadership & Capability Development
Develop leadership capability across the business.
Identify training and development opportunities.
Support career progression and employee growth.
Governance & Compliance
Maintain HR policies, frameworks and processes.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.
Provide workforce insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
About You
You are an experienced People & Culture skilled who combines strong commercial judgement with a genuine passion for developing people, supporting leaders and building high-performing teams.
You will bring:
Proven experience in a senior HR, Human Resources or People & Culture leadership role.
Strong employee relations and workplace relations expertise.
Experience managing complex people matters and providing trusted advice to leaders.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
The confidence to influence,
challenge and support leaders when required.
A practical, commercially focused approach to solving problems.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
Most importantly, you are someone who combines strong judgement with a genuine passion for helping people and organisations succeed.
