Motiv Health is an evidence based, patient centred allied health clinic in Galston, in the Hills District. We provide chiropractic care, remedial massage, dry needling, cupping and rehabilitation. Our approach is to properly assess, treat and discharge patients rather than keep them on unnecessary ongoing care plans.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated, patient focused chiropractor to join our team full time (38 hours per week).

This is a genuine growth opportunity. You'll work directly alongside our director and senior chiropractor, Harriette Fraser, to build and shape your own patient base from the ground up, with the full support of a fast growing clinic behind you. We back that chance with a guaranteed base salary from day one, so you have real financial stability while your caseload grows, not the risk of going it alone. This is as much an investment in the right person as it is a job.

38 hours per week, which includes every second Saturday (around 6 hours).

You'll have a fortnightly set of rotating hours. When you work a Saturday, you'll get the following Monday off, making sure you always have 2 days in a row off to rest and recover.

Saturday work is a mix of in clinic treatment and pitch side care at local sporting grounds for the teams we sponsor. Your Saturday roster is confirmed at least six weeks in advance.

Guaranteed base salary of $71,730 to $87,120 a year (plus 12% superannuation) (set by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award (AQF Level 9, chiropractor classification), effective from 1 October 2026),



plus tiered commission of up to 25% as your caseload grows.

- Year 1: $36.30/hr (approximately $71,730 a year)
- Years 2 to 3: $38.82/hr (approximately $76,710 a year)
- Years 4 to 6: $41.68/hr (approximately $82,360 a year)
- Year 7+: $44.09/hr (approximately $87,120 a year)

Annual figures are approximate, based on your 38 ordinary hours a week, and don't include Saturday penalty rates or commission. Superannuation, currently 12%, is paid on top.

Tiered commission, paid fortnightly with your wages:

- First 15 patients a week: 0%
- Patients 16 to 30: 10%
- Patients 31 to 45: 15%
- Above 45 patients: 25%

The bigger your caseload grows, the faster your take home pay grows with it.

About You

We're looking for an evidence based chiropractor who wants to deliver truly patient centred care.

You genuinely care about the patient in front of you, and would rather spend the time they need than rush them out the door. You believe in assessing and treating in a way that empowers patients, not creating practitioner dependence.

You love people and are drawn to being part of a community, not just a clinic. You want to know the local sports teams you're sponsoring, recognise your patients at the shops, and feel embedded in the community rather than just clocking in and out of it.

You show up authentically as yourself. You enjoy a laugh and don't take yourself too seriously, but you also know when it's time to switch on and give a patient your full attention.

This isn't a stepping stone role for you. You're looking to put down roots,



build a long term practice and grow with us over years, not months.

Alongside that, you'll need:

Current AHPRA registration as a chiropractor

Ideally 1 to 4+ years clinical experience, though new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply

Current dry needling certification (Level 1 minimum) preferred, we'll fund the training for the right candidate if you don't have it yet
