The positions encompasses the following:

Providing quality childcare, supervision and support to the children, families and other staff members at our service

Ensuring the centre is compliant with all state legislation and NQF standards

Delivering a program compliant with the learning frameworks and based around the children's interests

Delivering consistent high-quality care and presentation to all work practices

Building and maintaining strong relationships with centre staff, parents, children and the wider community

We also strive to create a supportive and respectful setting for all of our families and Educators to ensure a positive environment is created with a family orientated feeling.

To be successful in your application, you must have the following:

Diploma in Children Servicesor working towards

Current Working with Children Check

Child Protection Training

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR qualifications

Experience implementing the various learning frameworks (specifically the EYLF)

Ability to provide a rich and stimulating environment to all children

Professional attitude

Effective and competent communicator

Empathy, motivation, inspiration and a genuine love for the educationof children

Ability to work with a supportive network, i.e. Director, Assistant Director, Educational Leader and external management company

A high attention to detail, ability to provide an organised room environment and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
