Mission Australia is seeking a Care Coordinator for The Way Back Program in NSW. This role provides rapid psychosocial support to people in suicidal crisis, working with peers to support recovery and independence within a recovery framework.

You will undertake intake, safety planning, ongoing client sessions, and coordinate with other services. A tertiary qualification plus experience in case management and crisis intervention are essential.
