The Opportunity
As a Regulatory Treasury Business Analyst, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, assess the impact of change, and translate requirements into practical solutions. You’ll support the successful delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business, data, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Assess the impact of proposed business and regulatory changes.
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Map business processes and data flows to support solution design.
- Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across multiple projects.
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and agile delivery practices.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
- Experience working across both business and functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in process mapping and data analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- A proactive mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Exposure to treasury, regulatory change or financial risk initiatives will be highly regarded.
