Job Description

- Support a portfolio of six shopping centres: Clemton Park, Berala, Beecroft, Spring Farm, Omnia, and Cameron Park.
- Build valuable, long-term relationships with a diverse mix of retailers, service providers, and key stakeholders.
- We require a real estate licence for this role (current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain with our support).

Who we’re looking for?

- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain (with our support).
- Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi‑site portfolios.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer‑focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high‑volume tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.

The role

Join Knight Frank’s national retail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for a portfolio of shopping centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards.
- Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
- Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.




- Monitor rental and control arrears, including issuing arrears letters to tenants.
- Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.
- Assist in coordinating casual mall leasing activities.
- Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
