The Wests Group Australia is looking for a casual chef or experienced cook to join the Wests Mayfield catering team. You will work across the Bistro and Texas Grill Restaurant, with a menu featuring ribs, steaks, burgers, pizzas and more, in a lively club setting.

You will prepare and serve meals, maintain hygiene, assist during busy service, and ensure a clean workspace. Nights and weekends availability is required; training and probity checks are part of the process.
