We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand for a large High Rise Residential Developer Builder.

As a Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that our high‑rise projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will be the link between management and the crew, driving productivity while fostering a positive work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in scheduling tasks and managing workflow on-site.
- Mentor and train team members, promoting skill development and teamwork.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.

Requirements





- Proven experience in a leading hand or supervisory role within high‑rise construction.
- Trade background and Cert 3 in carpentry desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Trades background desired.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, First Aid) are preferred.
