About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Organisational Development Project Coordinator, to join our team.
This role provides hands‑on coordination across major programs including the Leadership Academy, Capability Framework. You will manage the day-to-day mechanics that keep these programs running to plan, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communications, materials and reporting.
You will also support the administration of learning and HR platforms, including maintaining program content, updating resources and ensuring information is current and accessible. The role involves tracking participation, completion and evaluation data, and contributing to reporting that supports program delivery and continuous improvement.
You will also contribute to process design and continuous improvement. This includes developing explicit documentation, tracking program data and supporting consistent ways of working across the team.

About You
You are practical, organised and comfortable working across multiple priorities. This role requires effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration. You pay attention to detail and follow through on commitments.
To be successful you will bring:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in project coordination or program management, ideally within learning and development.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with a range of stakeholders.

Base Salary Range: $98,792 to $106,966 pa (HEW 6) plus 17% superannuation.
This position is full-time role and will be made on a continuing basis.
