Kempe Engineering has an opportunity for a full-time maintenance planner / supervisor at our client’s site in Northern Melbourne.

Kempe Engineering is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced person for this role. You must be able to demonstrate with ease your experience and competency around maintenance planning at the interview stage.

You will be responsible for:
· Ensuring that you work in a safe manner
· You must be competent with Microsoft Project and there will be training provided on the clients computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
· Working with the client planning team to ensure planned maintenance activities are completed on schedule and on time.
· Scope of work area planning and delivery for all maintenance activities,
· Working with onsite contractor to deliver maintenance outcomes,
· Reporting to client on success of planned shutdown activity.
· Ensuring day to day delivery of high-quality support to the Client.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· A trades background, preferably as a Fitter.
· A minimum 5 -8 years plus within a progressive manufacturing environment.
· A flexible and positive attitude.
· Current Australian driver’s license.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Ability to meet schedule requirements.
· Sound knowledge of maintenance planning, safety, productivity and quality requirements.
· Pulp & Paper industry experience is essential
