Lead the future of ICT Operations at the Clarence City Council. This is an opportunity to shape digital service delivery and build a capable and collaborative team driving impactful technology outcomes across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and develop a high-performing ICT Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver a strategic ICT Operations roadmap that balances innovation with reliable day-to-day service delivery.
- Strengthen cyber security, governance and risk management to support a secure and resilient organisation.
- Partner with leaders across Council to deliver practical, business-focused technology solutions.
- Drive service excellence by improving ICT systems, infrastructure, and customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to deliver sustainable, value-for-money outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing ICT teams in a complex organisation.
- Significant senior ICT leadership experience supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate organisational priorities into practical outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary ICT infrastructure to lead the development and continuous improvement of practical, business-focused ICT solutions and related services.
- Experience leading organisational change, continuous improvement and service transformation.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted partnerships.
- National police check certificate dated within 6 months.
