We are Seeking a hardworking and motivated Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production and quality control process, ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our feed mill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the feed mill
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload raw material and finished products
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
- Follow all health and safety regulation and procedures
- Monitor product quality and report to supervisor when issues arise
- Support other team members as needed to meet production goals
Requirements of successful candidate:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain machinery in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labour
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime
