About the role
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience from the moment someone walks through the door. You will combine your natural ability to build rapport with a consultative approach, and guide customers through their purchasing journey,
ensuring they walk away with the best solution for their needs. You'll be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and visually appealing environment, ensuring products are displayed to a high standard and inventory levels are up to date. Success in this role will come from your proactive mindset, and ability to bring positive energy to every customer interaction while contributing to the overall success of the store.
Skills and Experience
- Outstanding approach to customer service
- Experience working within a similar retail environment
- Previous experience with design platforms (ie CAD) not necessary but highly desirable
- Genuinely wants to progress and grow within a business
- Forklift license highly regarded but not necessary
- Ability to be flexible working on a rotating roster
