An opportunity currently exists for a Packing and Warehouse Operator, based at our Kensington site, on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be responsible to support the packing operations to maximise line efficiency. Growth opportunities exist for the right applicant to progress to the packing operator role.

Key accountabilities include:

Supply ingredients and packaging material to the packing line as required.

Use of RF guns to control stock movements in and out of the line.

Generate and apply labels to finished product pallets.

Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and vans.

Manage ingredients and packaging by FIFO.

Identify and isolate any Out Of Spec raw materials.

Maintain hygiene/GMP to an acceptable level for area of responsibility.





Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards with regard to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP regulations.

Perform forklift start up procedure inspections, clean and maintain on a regular basis.

Detect any operational problems and minimise equipment breakdowns.

Follow company secure work procedures and comply with all safety instructions.

Assist in packing line operations as required.

Assist the day to day cleaning tasks in the warehouse and packing area.

Manual restacking of pallets as required.

The successful applicant will have:

Experience in warehouse movements using RF gun.

Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and emails.

Experience in food manufacturing (desirable).

Experience in D365/SAP (desirable).
