Clinical Facilitator (Registered Nurse/Educator)

Shape the next generation of nurses. First Choice Care is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to work as Clinical Facilitators, supporting nursing students during their clinical placements across Melbourne and Greater Victoria.
As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll guide students through real-world clinical practice, helping build their skills, confidence, and clinical judgement.

About you

- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Completion of (or willingness to complete) the Clinical Facilitation short course
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment, postgraduate study, or teaching experience highly regarded
- A genuine passion for mentoring and supporting the next generation of nurses
- Reliable, skilled, and adaptable across different clinical settings
