This is a deadly prospect for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander sales rep who is hungry to earn well, build relationships and grow with a proudly Indigenous business making moves in the commercial cleaning space across Southeast Queensland. The role is focused on winning new business, following up leads, quoting work, meeting clients, doing site visits and turning opportunities into contracts.

What you’ll be doing

- chasing and converting new business opportunities

- responding to enquiries and following up leads

- visiting prospective clients and assessing their needs

- preparing quotes, proposals and service agreements

- building strong relationships with new and existing clients

- working with the internal team to bring on new contracts smoothly

- keeping your pipeline active and your follow-up sharp





That all lines up with the current PD, which centres the role on sales and lead generation, client relationship management, quotes and proposals, contract acquisition, CRM updates and pipeline management.

We want to hear from you if you’ve got experience in:

- outbound sales

- face-to-face sales

- door-to-door sales

- field sales

- phone-based sales

- account management

- business development

- customer acquisition

- quoting and closing

- relationship-based selling

You do not need to come from cleaning if you can sell, build trust and learn quickly. Cleaning industry experience is highly desirable, but the PD also places major value on communication, negotiation, independence, initiative and closing ability.

The money bit
