Development Victoria is seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media, SEO and digital performance for our housing portfolio. You will optimise cross‑channel campaigns, generate qualified enquiries and enhance the customer journey across digital channels.

You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM and property portal performance, testing strategies and providing practical, data‑driven recommendations. This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne CBD with home‑based days.
