We are seeking compassionate and clinically focused experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our team!

- Employment Type: Permanent Part time (Regular Fixed Roster)

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide person-centred clinical care while supporting positive resident outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care teams, you will deliver safe, high-quality care that supports the wellbeing, dignity and independence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, resident-centred nursing care
- Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes
- Participate in resident assessments and care planning
- Accurately document and communicate changes in resident condition
- Provide wound care and other delegated clinical interventions
- Support residents living with dementia
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
- Contribute to quality, accreditation and continuous improvement activities

What You'll Bring

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed)
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care
- Previous experience as an Enrolled Nurse in residential aged care highly regarded
- Working knowledge of AN-ACC desirable

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current AHPRA registration




- Compliance with TLC Vaccination Policy
- Evidence of Australian working rights
